Russia and Ukraine have agreed to another prisoner swap deal, the United Arab Emirates’ Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
In a statement released on Aug. 24, the ministry said its efforts to mediate between the Russian Federation and Ukraine had resulted in another successful agreement to facilitate the exchange of prisoners between the two warring nations.
