UK households, particularly low-income households, will feel the impact of the sanctions against Russia, a group of MPs said on Wednesday ahead of Treasury’s spring statement.
The Treasury Select Committee of MPs also said in its report that the unprecedented sanctions have already “substantially hit” the Russian economy, and the impact “could be catastrophic and long-lasting.”
