The son of former independent MP Zoe Daniel has delivered a personal and emotional account of the threats, stalking, and intimidation his family endured during the 2025 federal election campaign.

Appearing before the Joint Standing Committee on Electoral Matters, Arkin Daniel-Reid said aggression and intimidation “followed us everywhere” as his mother re-contested the seat of Goldstein, which she ultimately lost to Liberal candidate Tim Wilson.
