A UK woman pregnant with her sixth child was fined for starving four puppies in her backyard “because they kept her awake.”
The Stokes Sentinel reported that Carly Bennett, 28 of Bentilee, Stokes, was fined and banned from owning pets for 10 years after a hearing in the North Staffordshire Justice Center.
