The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are laying charges after a traffic stop led to the discovery of a Scarborough resident in possession of explosive-making material.
Police officers of West Parry Sound OPP pulled over the driver of a vehicle travelling on Highway 400 on July 30 around 1 a.m., OPP said in an Aug. 6 release posted on Facebook. Police say the driver was wanted by another police service.
