Former Greens candidate Hannah Thomas has been charged after suffering severe facial injuries during a police crackdown on a Gaza protest in Sydney’s southwest.

Thomas, 35, was one of five arrested outside SEC Plating in Belmore early June 27 morning. Protesters accused the company of supplying parts for F-35 fighter jets used by Israel—an allegation the firm denies.
