Vancouver police say a recent investigation allegedly uncovered a criminal operation in a Downtown Eastside hotel meant for low-income individuals.

As a result of the six-week investigation, three people have been arrested and police seized $336,000 worth of illegal drugs and thousands of dollars’ worth of stolen goods that were earmarked for sale on the black market, according to an Oct. 22 Vancouver Police Department (VPD) news release.
