Despite pressure from Ottawa police and officials to end the Freedom Convoy protest in Ottawa, protesters continue to demonstrate against COVID-19 mandates and restrictions.

This week, Ottawa police said they would arrest anyone carrying fuel to the protest site. Police also confiscated fuel containers and made several arrests on mischief charges.
