The Ontario Provincial Police have seized more than $8 million in illegal cannabis products as part of a months-long investigation into a distribution network that spanned several provinces.

“The investigation identified a network allegedly producing and distributing illicit cannabis products in Ontario and transporting them to New Brunswick, Quebec and Nova Scotia,” OPP said in an Aug. 29 press release posted on X.
