Ontario Premier Doug Ford said his province is launching a new multibillion-dollar plan to double tourism in Niagara Falls with additional large casinos, a theme park, and a new boutique hotel and spa attraction.
Ford announced Ontario’s Destination Niagara Strategy Dec. 15, saying the venture will create tens of thousands of new jobs and boost the region’s economy and Ontario’s economy as a whole.
