The New South Wales (NSW) government has announced payments of up to $75,000 (US$49,500) for the families of the victims of the Dec. 14 terror attack at Bondi Beach.

Under a joint state-federal arrangement, funeral and burial costs, overseas repatriation expenses, and travel for relatives from interstate or overseas attending funerals will be covered.
