South Korea’s military said Tuesday that a North Korean patrol vessel that attempted to cross the two countries’ maritime boundary retreated after three warning shots were fired.
The North Korean patrol vessel was trying to intervene after South Korea’s military seized a North Korean fishing boat that breached the maritime border at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Yonhap News Agency (YNA) reported.
