Nationals Strike Down Motion to Ditch Net Zero Policy

A  push to remove net-zero from the Nationals’ policy platform, backed by former party leader Barnaby Joyce, has effectively been defeated.

Mr. Joyce backed a motion to strip net-zero emissions by 2050 from the party platform at its national conference in Canberra on Saturday.
