Electricity workers in Victoria say 16,501 homes and businesses remain without power following storms that toppled trees and brought down powerlines on Feb. 13.

Most properties without power are in Melbourne’s outer east and northern areas, as well as the eastern and north-eastern part of Victoria, according to the Feb. 17 update.
