Melbourne’s “ring of steel” is ramping up traffic delays, with a long line of vehicles on the road to Geelong.

Friday is the second day of Victoria Police and ADF personnel enforcing increased traffic restrictions to ensure Melburnians do not try to exploit regional Victoria’s eased coronavirus restrictions.
