McGuinty Says First-Ever Defence Industrial Strategy Will Be Released by Christmas

Defence Minister David McGuinty says Canada’s first-ever defence industrial strategy will be released after the Nov. 4 federal budget and will be made public no later than Christmas.
The document will map out the federal government’s plan to build up the domestic defence manufacturing sector.
