‘Major Milestone’: World’s Most Powerful Battery Now Plugged Into NSW Grid

Part of the New South Wales (NSW) Waratah Super Battery Project has been switched on.

The energy storage facility is now running at 50 percent, providing 370 megawatts, and is projected to have the greatest output capacity in the world once fully operational.
