Independent teal MP Zoe Daniel has formally conceded the Victorian seat of Goldstein after a partial recount confirmed Liberal candidate Tim Wilson won by 175 votes.
The result marks Wilson’s return to Parliament and comes days after his appointment as the shadow employment minister.
