Health Canada has issued an urgent advisory warning parents and caregivers to immediately stop using infant self-feeding devices previously sold on Amazon, citing serious choking and suffocation hazards.

The May 11 advisory was published because the foreign companies selling the items online have been unresponsive to requests for a voluntary recall, the health agency said.
