A former Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) employee has been charged in connection with an RCMP investigation into the unauthorized access of Prime Minister Mark Carney’s personal financial information.
RBC’s computer systems were used for fraudulent and criminal activity while accessing multiple accounts including Carney’s, according to RCMP spokesperson Erique Gasse.
