Cuba Says It Won’t Negotiate President’s Term in Talks With US
Cuba’s Deputy Foreign Minister Carlos Fernández de Cossío said its political system and leadership are not on the table as economic pressure mounts.

The Cuban regime ruled out any negotiation over its president’s term or political system in talks with the United States.
Replying to a reporter’s question during a press conference on Friday, Deputy Foreign Minister Carlos Fernández de Cossío rejected the suggestion.
