A couple who stayed at one of Victoria’s quarantine hotels were refused CCP virus tests throughout their 2 weeks there, the Hotel Quarantine Inquiry has heard.

Professional mixed martial arts fighter Kaan Ofli was quarantined at central Melbourne’s Pan Pacific hotel from April 9 to 23 with his partner.
