BOGOTA, Colombia—A former guerrilla commander accused by the United States of drug trafficking remains missing after his disappearance last weekend, in the latest blow to Colombia’s faltering peace process.

Seuxis Paucias Hernandez, better known by his nom de guerre, Jesus Santrich, is believed to have fled to Venezuela.
