Illia Razumeiko and Roman Grygoriv, two Ukrainian composers evacuating from Kyiv to western Ukraine, shared with The Epoch Times’ sister media NTD how they were affected by the war. Instead of playing musical instruments, they had to learn how to use different types of weapons.

Grygoriv said: “I load machine guns. I train how to quickly load and unload it. I study different types of weapons, from the Makarov pistol to the AK74, SU, and APK.”
