Lawyers representing the owner of Calgary’s Without Papers Pizza say the city has dropped its bylaw violation cases against the business.  The restaurant was accused of violating COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.

The case first started in October 2021 after two undercover inspectors were allowed to purchase food and stay in the restaurant without being asked for proof of vaccination, according to a news release from The Democracy Fund (TDF).
