BRAMPTON, Ont.—Charges are expected today in a crash that claimed the lives of a woman and her three daughters last week, as the four are laid to rest at a funeral in Brampton, Ont.
A memorial service for Karolina Ciasullo and her children began in the afternoon on June 25 at the St. Eugene de Mazenod Catholic church.
