The UK’s CCP virus reproduction number (R) has fallen back to between 0.9–1, similar to the rate in mid-August, the government’s scientific advisers said on Friday.

The Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (SAGE) said that means that on average every 10 people infected will infect between 9 and 10 other people.
