An updated list of the top 25 most wanted fugitives in Canada was released nationwide on Oct. 9, with authorities announcing a combined reward of $600,000 for tips that lead to the apprehension of the individuals listed.
Topping Canada’s 25 most wanted list is an alleged gang member from Montreal wanted for the July murder of a 28-year-old man outside Yorkdale Shopping Centre.
The list released by the BOLO Program, an acronym for Be On the Look Out, features 24 men and one woman. The program is run by a Canadian charity to raise public awareness about dangerous criminals. All rewards being offered are valid until June 9, 2026.
Here is an overview of the 25 most wanted suspects in Canada and the crimes they are wanted for.

Topping the most wanted list is 23-year-old Bryan Fuentes Gramajo who is wanted by Toronto Police for first-degree murder in connection with the shooting death of Kashif Jamal Bentley-Jean.Officers responding to the scene found the victim suffering from gunshot wounds outside an Indigo book store in the shopping centre’s parking lot during the early morning hours of July 17. He was pronounced dead at the scene despite attempts to save his life, Toronto police said in a press release.
Fuentes Gramajo is thought to be affiliated with Zone 43, a Montreal-based street gang with connections to Ontario and British Columbia.
Toronto Police Chief Superintendent Joe Matthews described Fuentes Gramajo as dangerous during a joint Oct. 8 press conference with the RCMP and Vancouver Police in B.C.
“You don’t make it to the top of this list by stealing a car,” Matthews said. “If you’re at the top of this list, we believe you pose a serious threat to any person, in any place you may be. Bryan Fuentes Gramajo fits that bill.”
A reward of up to $100,000 has been offered by Toronto Police for any information leading to his arrest.

The second potential $100,000 reward is for All Boivin, whom authorities say is linked to violent drug-related turf wars in Quebec that have seen victims tortured and murdered, according to the BOLO program. Some of the torture sessions, which included limb amputations, have been shared on social media platforms.Boivin, 33, is wanted for trafficking, conspiracy to traffic, and possession for the purpose of trafficking. He is also suspected of being involved in several criminal activities that are currently under active investigation by multiple law enforcement agencies.
Boivin is described as armed and dangerous by the authorities and is believed to be on the run with a female accomplice, 26-year-old Yaulise Lemieux-Bellavance. They could be using aliases, such as Jacob Tremblay and Mariane Peto.

Tamah McLean is wanted by Toronto Police for second-degree murder in the June 9 shooting death of 33-year-old Jordan Thompson, who was found by officers outside a Scarborough home with a gunshot wound.Police say McLean, 31, has numerous prior convictions and should be considered “armed and dangerous.” A reward of up to $100,000 has been set for information leading to his arrest.

Tresor Horimbere is wanted by Winnipeg Police for first-degree murder in the shooting death of a 22-year-old soccer player at a Winnipeg sports complex in July.Police say Mohamed Yusuf Abdullahi had just finished playing in the sixth Canada African Cup of Nations 2024 tournament when he was shot while exiting through the parking lot. Officers found him just before midnight suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to hospital but later succumbed to his injuries.
Horimbere is wanted in connection with Abdullahi’s death but also has an outstanding 2023 warrant related to firearms near Hawkesbury, Ont., a small town east of Ottawa.
The 23-year-old suspect has ties to Winnipeg, Ottawa, Eastern Ontario, and Montreal, and investigators say he could be anywhere in Canada. A reward of up to $100,000 has been offered for information that leads to his apprehension.

A reward of up to $100,000 has also been set for information leading to the arrest of 28-year-old Dylan Denis, who is wanted by Montreal police for first-degree murder in connection with a fatal shooting last May.Officers responded to the Ahuntsic–Cartierville borough where they found and treated a victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He later died in hospital.
Media reports describe the victim as 27-year-old Christopher Shawn Jean Vilsaint, a rapper with ties to street gangs better known as “Dirty S.”
Police arrested two other men in the case last June and issued a warrant for Denis, who has numerous ties to the Greater Montreal Area, particularly in Laval. Investigators said they “strongly believe” he may still be in Quebec and is evading arrest with the help of accomplices.
A reward of up to $100,000 is being offered for information leading to his arrest.

Police describe the murder as “premeditated” but did not offer any details on how the victim was killed.Philogène, 39, is originally from Quebec City but police said he could also be in the Montreal region. Media reports also indicate he has been spotted in West Vancouver.

Chad Jason Dandan is wanted by Winnipeg police for first-degree murder in the September 2024 death of Zeyad Vifan Shammo.Shammo, a 22-year-old man from Ontario, was kidnapped from an address in Winnipeg and was later found dead in another residence, police said. Two other suspects linked to the incident were arrested and charged, but a third suspect identified by investigators remained at large. Police issued a warrant for Dandan, 24, and said he was believed to be in northern Manitoba.
Police say Dandan may be “armed and dangerous and should not be approached if encountered.” He is also wanted on charges of kidnapping and extortion.

Katherine Bergeron-Pinzarrone, the lone woman to make the list, is wanted in connection with the stabbing death of a 16-year-old boy from Montreal.A Canada-wide arrest warrant has been issued by York Regional Police for Bergeron-Pinzarrone, on charges of second-degree murder after the youth succumbed to his injuries in a hospital in the Greater Toronto Area.
The 27-year-old suspect is known to reside in both Mississauga and Quebec.

More than 70 rounds were fired into a crowd at a hookah lounge, killing one and injuring six others.Two men were arrested in connection with the shooting by the Edmonton Police Service, but Osman remains at large. He is wanted on charges of first-degree murder, discharging a firearm with intent, and multiple other firearms offences.
Police said Osmen is affiliated with the Go Getem Gang and goes by the nickname Styles. A $50,000 reward has been posted for information leading to his arrest.

Noah Singh is wanted by the Greater Sudbury Police Service on an outstanding arrest warrant for a litany of charges including first-degree murder.The 21-year-old has been linked to a murder at a bar in Sudbury, Ont., by investigators after an April 2023 altercation left 22-year-old Joe Cabigon dead.
Police did not release many details about the incident but said Singh, who was 19 at the time, was out on bail. He is also wanted on conspiracy to commit murder and a number of firearms charges.
He is believed to have fled the Sudbury area and his current whereabouts are not known.

Mohamed Shire is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for a double-homicide at the Alta Vista Shopping Centre in Ottawa on May 28, 2021. When police arrived on scene, two men were found dead and a third had non-life threatening injuries.Shire, 34, is facing two counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted murder. Tipsters will be eligible for a $50,000 reward if the information leads to his arrest.

Dellano Robertson-Berry is wanted by Toronto police for second-degree murder in the Feb. 5 shooting death of 43-year-old city resident Lyle Pounall.Officers responding to a shooting call arrived in the Sherbourne Street and Queen Street East area where they found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries where he later died.
Robertson-Berry, 24, is now wanted on a Canada-wide warrant in connection with Pounall’s murder. Police did not indicate if the suspect is still believed to be in the Toronto region.

Vancouver police are appealing to the public for help in locating 43-year-old Omid Mashinchi, who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant in connection with a major drug trafficking investigation that dates back to November 2021.Known as Project Torque, the investigation was focused on a drug-trafficking operation based in Vancouver that was operating both domestically and internationally.
A three-year investigation resulted in six people, including Mashinchi, being apprehended and charged. Investigators seized more than 200 kilograms of illicit drugs valued at approximately $16 million. All six suspects were released while the investigation continued.
The BC Prosecution Services approved charges in June of 2024 but Mashinchi remains at large. He is wanted on conspiracy and drug charges.

Adrian Walker is wanted in connection with a double shooting outside an apartment building in the York District of Toronto last May. The male victim, 31-year-old Trevor John of Toronto, died in hospital, while a female victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries.John was a father and a security company owner in Toronto who was described by community members as a “gentle giant” and a humble and easy-going man.
Walker, 28, faces charges of first-degree murder and attempted murder. He has strong ties to Toronto, and investigators suspect he is avoiding capture in the Greater Toronto Area, although he could be anywhere in Canada.

The Ontario Provincial Police is appealing to the public for assistance in locating Nicholas Singh, a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching parole.The 23-year-old is serving a five-year, five-month, and 10-day sentence on robbery and firearm-related charges. Police said Singh is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area.

Gurkirat Singh is wanted by Delta Police in B.C. on a Canada-wide warrant in connection with the 2024 sexual assault of a child.Police said a child was allegedly sexually assaulted on Sept. 12, 2024, in Delta and is seeking Singh “ to stand trial for these allegations.” The 26-year-old has been charged with sexual assault, invitation to sexual touching, and sexual interference of a person younger than 16.
Singh is described as six-feet and approximately 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, but police say he may have altered his appearance.

Yusuf Ali is wanted in connection with a lengthy attempted murder investigation stemming from a Nov. 21, 2021, incident in Winnipeg. Two adult males sustained life-threatening gunshot wounds during the incident and were transported to hospital in critical condition. Both victims recovered, police said.Ali, 29, is facing two attempted murder charges as well as multiple firearm-related charges.

Cristian Cuxum is wanted by Toronto Police Service for second-degree murder and two counts of attempted murder in connection with a Thanksgiving weekend shooting in 2022.Police said the shooter walked onto the field at the La Liga indoor sports complex in North York and opened fire into a group of players before fleeing the scene. Three male victims were sent to hospital gunshot wounds ranging from serious to life-threatening. Two of the victims survived, police said. The third victim, 49-year-old Edwin Farley Alvarado Quintero, of Woodbridge, Ont., succumbed to his injuries.
The 22-year-old suspect is of Guatemalan descent and was last known to live in Toronto. Police said Cuxum is an avid soccer player and is “very likely to often play soccer or futsal” wherever he may be.

A Canada-wide warrant has been issued by Peel Regional Police for Dharam Dhaliwal in connection with the Dec. 3, 2022, shooting death of 21-year-old Brampton, Ont. woman. Police said Pawanpreet Kaur was found shot at the Petro-Canada gas station in Mississauga where she worked.Dhaliwal was charged with domestic-related offences against Kaur in the months prior to her murder. Police alleged Dhaliwal had staged his suicide prior to Kaur’s murder to evade arrest and he is now wanted for first-degree murder.
Police say he changed his appearance after the homicide and may no longer have a beard.

Tommy Bernier-Thibault is wanted by Lévis Police for a long list of charges, including assault, in connection with an incident at a bar in the city.A suspect “engaged in assaults” and uttered death threats to employees of the establishment during the November 2022 incident, police say.
Bernier-Thibault, 27, is wanted for assault with a weapon or causing bodily harm in which the victim was suffocated or strangled, police said. He is also facing several charges related to uttering threats to cause bodily harm, burn down a building, and destroy property.

The crash killed 40-year-old mother of five Angela McKenzie and a man was found on scene suffering from gunshot wounds. Houses in the area had also been shot up, police said.After an investigation, police issued several Canada-wide warrants for Amer for manslaughter, attempted murder, and several gun-related offences. Police said Amer has a lengthy criminal record and has ties to organized crime.
