The British Foreign Secretary, Liz Truss, says that “indiscriminate” attacks by Russian forces against innocent Ukrainian civilians must be investigated as war crimes.
In a statement on Sunday, Truss referred to the “appalling acts” carried out by Russian forces in the towns of Irpin and Bucha.
