BMO Financial Group Signs Deal to Acquire Air Miles Loyalty Rewards Program

BMO Financial Group announced a deal Friday to acquire the Air Miles loyalty rewards program from LoyaltyOne Co.

Financial terms of the agreement were not immediately available.
