U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Dec. 10 that process matters when it comes to the shaping of Syria’s future.

“The Syrian people will decide the future of Syria. All nations should pledge to support an inclusive and transparent process and refrain from external interference,” he said in a statement.
