Emergency Preparedness Minister Bill Blair says he didn’t push the Liberals’ gun-control efforts by pressuring RCMP Commissioner Brenda Lucki to release sensitive information during the investigations into the 2020 Nova Scotia mass shooting.

Blair and Lucki are at the centre of a controversy sparked by a document released earlier this month by the Mass Casualty Commission (MCC), an inquiry that is looking into the April 2020 shooting in Nova Scotia that left 22 people killed.
