Australian PM Flags Hazard Reduction To Prepare For Future Bushfires

Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison said that hazard reduction measures are as necessary as carbon emissions reduction to prepare the country in anticipation of future bushfires.

Morrison said that if a proposed royal commission or national inquiry into the bushfires goes ahead, it should examine how states are reducing fire risks.
