A major national security operation was underway in Sydney as officers from the Australian Federal Police (AFP) and the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO) raided the Sydney home of New South Wales Labor Party MP Shaoquett Moselmane.
NSW Labor leader Jodi McKay confirmed that she knew of the raids and the process was underway to suspend Moselmane from the party.
