Australian Man Feared Killed Near Front Line in Ukraine War

Authorities are seeking urgent confirmation after reports emerged that an Australian may have been killed while fighting in Ukraine.

There are fears an Australian has been killed while fighting in Ukraine, with authorities providing consular assistance to the man’s family as they work to confirm the report.

A Telegram post in a pro-Russian channel said the man had been killed by Russian forces near Pokrovsk in Ukraine on Dec. 10.
