An initial assessment of two men who allegedly killed Jewish Australians has found that they did not receive terrorist training in the Philippines.

There is no evidence the two men who allegedly launched a terrorist attack on Jewish Australians at a Sydney beach underwent training in the Philippines.
Australian Federal Police (AFP) Commissioner Krissy Barrett revealed the assessment on Dec. 30, citing an initial finding by the Philippine National Police.
