Afghan Man Arrested After Toddler and Man Fatally Stabbed in German Park

A toddler and a man have been killed in a knife attack in Germany on Jan. 22, local police said.

Authorities have arrested a 28-year-old man from Afghanistan in connection with the stabbing in the Bavarian city of Aschaffenburg, about 25 miles southeast of Frankfurt.
