5,000 Targets in Iran Struck During Operation Epic Fury, US Central Command Says

There is ’substantial progress’ toward destroying the Iranian navy, which has lost 50 ships, said Gen. Dan Caine, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

The U.S. Central Command released a video on March 9 showing three strikes on Iranian missile launchers.

The United States has struck more than 5,000 targets across Iran since the start of Operation Epic Fury on Feb. 28, Central Command (CENTCOM) said in an X post on March 9.

“CENTCOM forces are striking targets to dismantle the Iranian regime’s security status, prioritizing locations that pose an imminent threat.”
