An estimated 20,000 properties across Brisbane could be impacted by flooding and storm surges in the wake of Cyclone Alfred—the first tropical cyclone to cross the South East Queensland region in 50 years.

Brisbane Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner shared the update on the latest modelling and how the city could be impacted.
