A rural municipality in the province of Manitoba is selling residential lots for only $10 in an effort to encourage residential development in the area.

The Rural Municipality (RM) of Pipestone in southwest Manitoba is offering municipally owned residential lots for $10 to bring in more residents, as long as buyers construct a home within a year of purchasing the lot.
