A woman was jailed for felony battery of a police officer for kissing a cop on the nose in Florida, according to a report.

Peggy Hill, 62, was arrested on Saturday by Manatee County Sheriff’s Office deputies after dispute between her and her neighbor over a fence, reported The Smoking Gun website.

According to an arrest report, Hill approached Sergeant Randy Lamb “and kissed him on his nose against his will.”

He then “wiped off the saliva from his nose” and then “gently” took her to the ground with another deputy and handcuffed her, the website said.

Hill claimed that Lamb was “being aggressive” and she said “the thought just popped in her head to kiss him on his nose.”

She is being held in jail on $5,000 bond and will appear in court on July 19.

Earlier this year, it was reported that female Russian officers were being targeted in a “mass kissing” incident.

The Russian art group Voina posted videos of young women approaching female officers to kiss them, AFP reported.

“Voina, in the face of activists of its militant-feminist wing, has initiated the rite of kissing cops and their cop abuse. They chose the grey women as the objects of carrying out the rite,” the group said.
