Southern California fire officials say a woman has died and five people were injured after a large eucalyptus tree fell onto a wedding party taking pictures.
The Los Angeles Times reports that one of the injured is a 4-year-old girl listed in critical condition due to head trauma.
Several people were trapped after the tree toppled Saturday in Whittier at Penn Park.
Officials say four of the injured suffered scrapes and bruises.
