The Summer is almost gone, and with September just around the corner, many travelers gather information about the best places to go to enjoy the colors of the fall. Some travelers already have their Autumn escapes planned out, but frugal travelers are still looking for deals, discounts and money-saving packages.

To help them, and all the travelers who enjoy finding out about new places, here are some of the hottest deals of the moment, directly from hoteliers.

SpringHill Suites Savannah Downtown/Historic District Hotel, located near the Savannah Civic Center, offers excellent discounts and deals for city visitors who plan to attend one of the upcoming Fall festivals, including the Craft Brew Fest on August 31, 2013;  the Savannah Jazz Festival, September 22-28, 2013; the 30th Annual German Oktoberfest celebration, October 4-6;  the annual Tybee IslandPirate Fest on October 10-13; and others.

For a more romantic Fall, plan a trip to the Smoky Mountains: Cabins of the Smoky Mountains in Gatlinburg has an interesting September Supersaver promotion. From September 1 through September 5, and again from September 8 through September 12, guests booking two nights at one of the company’s cabins can get two additional nights free of charge. Guests can choose from over 370 cabins rentals in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

The Sea Pines Resort  on Hilton Head Island, launches its Fall getaway package on August 24, 2013 until March 7, 2014. The Getaway Package starts at $149 a night for 3 nights in a 2-bedroom deluxe villa, and includes a generous number of freebies, like complimentary lunch entrées for two (one-time only) at the Harbour Town Grill, Quarterdeck or Harbour Town Bakery; 10% dining discount at The Sea Pines Resort restaurants;  preferred golf rates at The Sea Pines Resort’s three championship golf courses; complimentary bicycles for two during your entire stay; and more.

The Inn at Perry Cabin in St. Michaels, Maryland, is offering a tempting “Fall Into St. Michaels” package, available for stays between September 8 – November 27, 2013. It includes $50 resort credit per night; afternoon Tea for two, once per stay; access to resort activities including kayaking, garden tours, wine tastings and so on.

Mamaison Hotels invite you to admire the colors of the Fall in one of their European destinations: Moscow, Prague, Bratislava, Warsaw, Budapest, or Ostrava. Their package, aptly titled “Colors of Autumn”  offers 15 % discount off the hotels’ Best Available Rate when staying 2 nights. The offer is available starting September 8, 2013, and will last till the end of November 2013.

In the UK, you will find some of the best Autumn deals at Premier Inn.  You will find rooms priced as low as £29, £39 and £49 between 2nd September and 12th December 2013. The chain warned that popular dates and locations will go fast, so you need to book as quickly as possible.

For travelers who want to explore the dramatic Irish landscape before winter, there is a sweet offer from Hayfield Manor  in Cork City. The manor offers you a rustic haven of tranquilly surrounded by two acres of mature gardens that “become the stage for the lively autumnal dance of the fallen leaves in rich and vivid shades of russet, chocolate and gold.”
