With the Super Bowl in the books, the NFL’s offseason calendar has already started with February 2nd being the day the waiver system begins. Here’s the rest of the key dates.

February 10—NFL teams can sign players whose 2014 CFL contracts have expired.

February 16—First day for teams to designate franchise or transition players.

March 2—Deadline for teams to designate franchise or transition players.

March 10—The 2015 league year begins, the free agency period starts, and all teams must be under the salary cap by 4pm EST.

April 24—Deadline for restricted free agents to sign offer sheets.

April 29—Deadline for prior club to exercise right of first refusal to restricted free agents.

April 30 through May 2—NFL Draft, in Chicago
