A fifth-grade New Jersey teacher wrote all over her students’ desk in an attempt to inspire them.

Mrs. Langford works for Woodbury City Public Schools.

The district shared pictures of messages she wrote for each of her students on their desks.

“To motivate her 5th grade students, Mrs. Langford at Evergreen Avenue prepared inspirational, growth-mindset messages for every one of her students,” the district said.

“Each personalized note was written in dry erase marker on students’ desks so they could be cleaned up prior to starting PARRC [a test].”

People praised Langford.

“Mrs. Langford.. I don’t know you... I live in Palmyra, NJ and our schools are PARRC testing as well. My kids are in 7th and 2nd grades.. What you did for your class was AWESOME.. BRAVO.. HAT'S OFF to you!!!” said one Facebook user. 

Added another: “Now there’s a teacher to love and appreciate during Teacher Appreciation Week and always!”
