The NFL on Tuesday said that Wembley Stadium in London will host three regular season games for the 2014-2015 season.
The Oakland Raiders, Jacksonville Jaguars, and the Atlanta Falcons will host the games, reported The Associated Press.
The NFL said that more games in London are to satisfy the increasing demand among U.K. residents for American football.
“Our fans in the UK have continued to demonstrate that they love football and want more,” commissioner Roger Goodell said in a news release. “Both of this year’s games in London sold out quickly. The fan enthusiasm for our sport continues to grow. By playing two games in the UK this year, we are creating more fans. We hope that with three games in London next year we will attract even more people to our game.”
The dates and opponents of each aforementioned team have yet to be released.
