Anthony Weiner, the highly publicized candidate for next New York City mayor, has hired a new campaign manager, he said on Friday.

Camille Joseph, who is the new campaign manager, previously worked on the re-election campaign of President Barack Obama and worked as a legislative assistant to one of New York’s U.S. Senators, Kirsten Gillibrand, according to NY1.

Weiner has been under fire as new details about his series of sextings was exposed recently, which caused his former campaign manager, Danny Kedem, to resign.

Weiner defended his actions in the interview and said he’s done with sexting now.
