A video from 1994 showing a very young Leonardo DiCaprio talking about his first Academy Awards night is doing the rounds online.

DiCaprio, who was 19, is greeted by screaming fans as he makes his entrance on Jay Leno’s “The Tonight Show” to discuss his fame.

DiCaprio got a nomination for Best Supporting Actor for “What’s Eating Gilbert Grape?” which also featured a young Johnny Depp.

It’s come full circle now, as DiCaprio is nominated for Best Actor for his role in “The Revenant.” He won a Golden Globe Award for the performance weeks ago.

“In my mind it is pretty much certainly Leo’s year and he really deserves it. I am going along to enjoy the night,” said Eddie Redmayne, who is also up for Best Actor for “The Danish Girl,” according to The Independent.

The other Best Actor nominees are Bryan Cranston for “Trumbo,” Matt Damon for “The Martian,” and Michael Fassbender for “Steve Jobs.”
