Walk to Benefit Immigration Programs

A 3.5-mile fundraising walk scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 17 in New York. Organizers are anticipating between 500 and 1,000 walkers, mostly from Queens, Brooklyn, and Staten Island. The fundraising goal is $75,000. The walk raised $50,000 last year.
