UPDATE: As it turns out, only 18 GOP senators voted for the bill in its finished form, which passed 68–29. Notable is that Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) is not among them. He apparently changed his mind from the preliminary votes. Those who did vote for the $1.7 trillion dollar spend are Sens. Roy Blunt (R-Mo.), Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), Susan Collins (R-Maine), John Cornyn (R-Texas), Tom Cotton (R-Ark.), Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), John Boozman (R-Ark.), Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.), Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), Jerry Moran (R-Kan.), Rob Portman (R-Ohio), Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska), Mitt Romney (R-Utah), Mike Rounds (R-S.D.), Richard Shelby (R-Ala.), John Thune (R-S.D.), Roger Wicker (R-Miss.), and Todd Young (R-Ind.)
